Gunster, one of Florida’s oldest and largest full-service business law firms, is pleased to announce it continues its broad expansion with the recent addition of attorneys Peyton Brown, Audrey Gangloff, Ben Kennedy, Samantha Medina and Ana Paladino.

Peyton, Ben and Ana join the firm's West Palm Beach office; Audrey joins the Tampa office; and Samantha joins the Fort Lauderdale office.

Peyton Brown is an associate in Gunster’s Private Wealth Services practice. Peyton focuses her practice on probate, trust and guardianship litigation. Peyton graduated summa cum laude from Stetson University College of Law in 2021. After Peyton’s first year of law school, she interned at the Fourth District Court of Appeals in West Palm Beach.

Audrey Gangloff joins the firm’s Business Litigation practice. Audrey graduated magna cum laude from Stetson University College of Law. During law school, Audrey gained experience with both federal and state law by clerking in the Middle District of Florida for the Honorable Judge Charlene Honeywell and interning with Judge Robert Fegers in Polk County’s 10th Judicial Circuit.

Ben Kennedy is a Real Estate Law associate. His practice is focused on representing developers, property owners, tenants and lenders in a wide array of real estate transactions including the acquisition, disposition, leasing, and financing of commercial and residential properties. Prior to practicing law, Ben gained experience in various fields of commercial real estate, including working with a national lender focused on providing construction and bridge loans. Ben graduated magna cum laude from University of Miami School of Law.

Samantha Medina is an associate in the Business Litigation practice. She previously worked within the legal division of a Fortune 500 insurance company specializing in employee benefits. Samantha also worked at Y-12, one of the nation’s only nuclear security facilities. Additionally, she interned with the State Attorney’s Office of Broward County within their juvenile division. Samantha graduated cum laude from University of Tennessee College of Law.

Ana Paladino joins the firm’s Corporate Law practice. She concentrates her practice on mergers and acquisitions, complex business transactions and general corporate matters such as negotiating fundamental agreements with various stakeholders. Before joining Gunster, Ana served as a federal judicial law clerk to the Honorable Donald M. Middlebrooks of the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida. Ana graduated summa cum laude from the University of Florida Levin College of Law. 

Gunster continues to grow its team, further strengthening its capabilities and maintaining its position as Florida's law firm for business.
