Gunster, one of Florida’s oldest and largest full-service business law firms, today announced that Robert Manning, Michael Petrovich, Jack Rice, Kevin Kenny and Brad McPherson joined the firm’s Real Estate and Environmental & Land Use practices at the firm’s Tampa, Tallahassee and West Palm Beach offices.

Gunster attorney Robert Manning

A Florida native, Robert Manning has been practicing environmental law for nearly three decades, advising utilities and private businesses on issues involving air quality, including policy development, legislation, rulemaking, permitting and enforcement. Manning joined the firm’s Environmental & Land Use practice as a shareholder in its Tallahassee office.

With more than three decades of experience in environmental law, Michael Petrovich is deeply involved in the legislative, rule, and policy changes to Florida’s regulatory programs. He represents a variety of industrial clients before the Florida Legislature, Florida Department of Environmental Protection, and other state agencies. Petrovich joined the firm’s Environmental & Land Use practice as a shareholder in its Tallahassee office.

A seventh generation Floridian and an experienced general civil litigator, John K. “Jack” Rice’s practice focuses on land use and zoning, administrative and governmental law, environmental law and litigation. Rice joined the firm’s Real Estate practice as a shareholder in its West Palm Beach office.

For more than two decades, Kevin Kenny provides legal counsel to real estate development, recreational amenity, private club and residential communities. Kenny’s clients also include member-owned and developer run clubs, as well as third-party club operators. He joined the firm’s Real Estate practice group as a shareholder in its Tampa office.

Gunster attorney Brad McPherson

An experienced title agent and litigator, Brad McPherson services clients in navigating a variety of commercial and residential real estate transactions and issues, such as buying, selling and refinancing multimillion dollar properties. McPherson represents lenders in connection with loan transactions secured by real property, performs title reviews,  and has litigated numerous contract  and construction disputes. He joined the firm’s Real Estate practice in its West Palm Beach Office.
