WEST PALM BEACH, Fla. (Aug. 27, 2015) – Gunster, one of Florida’s oldest and largest full-service business law firms, is expanding its labor and employment practice with the addition of Eduardo (Ed) Suarez-Solar as a shareholder in its Tampa office. The firm is also adding Integrated Employer Resources & Consulting as a subsidiary and Tom Ginnetti as its chief operating officer.
Ed Suarez joins Gunster’s Tampa office as a shareholder in its labor & employment law practice.
Suarez has nearly 25 years of experience as a labor and employment attorney representing small, medium and large organizations on matters including traditional labor issues, discrimination claims, and safety and health matters.
Prior to joining Gunster, Suarez was managing partner and owner of Suarez|Griffin, a corporate law firm specializing in all aspects of labor and employment law. Additionally, he was the managing partner and owner of Suarez Mediation and Arbitration Services Inc. In his career, Suarez has worked in and owned a manufacturing facility and was the CEO and owner of Integrated Employer Resources & Consulting.
Integrated Employer Resources & Consulting is a member-based service provider that delivers cost-effective, nonlegal professional services to businesses. It also provides full-service support for human resources, compensation, benefits, affirmative action, investigation, training and development, and health and safety issues for its business clients. Tom Ginnetti will be in charge of the day-to-day operation of Integrated Employer Resources & Consulting.

His industry experience is extensive, and includes academia, social services, health care, aerospace, automotive, banking, manufacturing and hospitality, to name only a few. He is a regularly invited speaker on topics including the Affordable Care Act, Human Resources Management, regulatory compliance and related topics to professional groups including CPAs, insurance industry executives, medical practice business managers and fellow human resources professionals.
