WEST PALM BEACH, Fla. (April 8, 2016) – Gunster, one of Florida’s oldest and largest full-service business law firms, is growing its business litigation and environmental and land use law practice with the addition of associates Chelsea J. Anderson and Kellie M. Humphries to its Jacksonville office.

Anderson has experience representing landowners with large-scale development projects and providing counsel in environmental and land use law. Additionally, she has successfully assisted clients in real estate cases involving rezoning, concurrency, and land use due diligence. Anderson holds a J.D. and certification in environmental and land use law from the University of Florida.

Humphries’ experience lies in complex civil litigation with a focus on construction law, premises liability, wrongful death, asbestos, bad faith and coverage. She represents corporations, individuals, homeowners and contractors. Humphries holds a J.D. from Washington and Lee University School of Law, and a B.A from Duquesne University of the Holy Spirit.

Both attorneys are actively involved in a number of law associations. Humphries recently joined Design-Build Institute of America, and Anderson continues her membership with the Urban Land Institute.
