WEST PALM BEACH, Fla. (February 13, 2020) - Gunster, one of Florida’s oldest and largest full-service business law firms, is pleased to announce Tanya C. Naydenov has joined the firm’s private wealth services practice in both its Boca Raton and West Palm Beach offices.

Gunster attorney Tanya NaydenovNaydenov concentrates her practice in estate planning and administration. In addition to representing individual and family clients, she advises fiduciaries from beginning to end of estate administration with the goal of making the process as smooth as possible. Notably, Naydenov is experienced in representing taxpayers in obtaining relief from penalties assessed by federal taxing authorities.

She is a member of both the Real Property, Probate & Trust Law Section and the Young Lawyers Section of the Florida Bar Association, as well as a member of the Palm Beach County Estate Planning Council.  Naydenov holds her B.A. from the University of Florida and her J.D. from Vanderbilt University Law School. She also earned a LL.M. from the University of Florida Levin College of Law.

Gunster’s private wealth services practice, led by Daniel A. Hanley, William T. Hennessey and Lisa A. Schneider, has over 50 attorneys and paraprofessionals with a deep bench of knowledge and experience.
