WEST PALM BEACH, Fla. (March 17, 2020) - Gunster, one of Florida’s oldest and largest full-service business law firms, is pleased to announce the addition of John B.T. Murray, Jr. to the firm’s West Palm Beach office, where he will join the business litigation practice.
J.B. Murray comes to Gunster with an expansive commercial litigation background, spanning a broad range of business disputes. His trial experience includes shareholder disputes, corporate control battles, contractual claims, non-compete agreements and other claims arising from business transactions.
He has been involved in several high-profile multidistrict litigation proceedings, defended Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations (RICO) claims and corporate executives in claims under the Alien Tort Statue and the Torture Victim Protection Act. Murray’s expertise also includes private wealth services, representing corporate and individual fiduciaries and beneficiaries of trusts and estates.
At Gunster, Murray will continue to focus his work on serving his clients in commercial litigation matters and private wealth services.
