WEST PALM BEACH, Fla. (Nov. 7, 2017) – Gunster, one of Florida’s oldest and largest full-service business law firms, is pleased to announce that shareholder Aaron J. Horowitz was appointed to the board of directors of the Broward County Bar Association.

Board members help shape the association’s annual agenda of professional and public education programs aimed at addressing the needs of attorneys, law firms, the clerk’s office, and the courts, as well as strive to improve the quality and administration of justice in Broward County.

Horowitz also currently chairs the Business Law Section of the Broward County Bar Association.

Established in 1925, the Broward County Bar Association is one of the largest voluntary bars in the state. Its board of directors strives to respond to the ever-changing legal landscape, with the ultimate goal of protecting rights, pursuing justice, and promoting professionalism.

Horowitz was recently honored at the South Florida Business Journal’s 2017 40-under-40 awards. He also serves on the Executive Council of the Florida Bar's Alternative Dispute Resolution Section.
