A Gunster team led by Milton Vescovacci with assistance from Gabriella Ledbetter recently represented Earth Systems LLC and its shareholders in connection with the sale of its environmental engineering business as a platform to Palm Beach Capital. Financial terms of the private transaction have not been disclosed.
Founded in 1999, Earth Systems services clients in various end markets including oil and gas, governments and municipalities, utilities and property development. Service lines include assessment and remediation, spill response, environmental compliance and risk management. Founded in 2001, Palm Beach Capital is a middle market private equity investment firm based in West Palm Beach, Florida. Currently investing out of its fifth committed fund, the firm focuses on high growth investment opportunities and partners with management teams in management buyouts, recapitalizations and growth equity investments.
As Earth Systems continues to flourish, this transaction will provide the capital and resources necessary for its long-term growth and expansion.
Milton Vescovacci is a shareholder in Gunster’s Miami office, and a member of the firm’s Corporate practice. He remains dedicated to bringing a holistic approach to his practice and to getting deals negotiated and closed, experience that stemmed from his days as a banker for multinational money center banks on complex domestic and international transactions. Gabriella Ledbetter is an attorney in Gunster’s Corporate practice group, with a focus on providing corporate legal counsel to business organizations across a wide range of industries on a variety of transactional matters.
