A Gunster team led by attorneys Joseph Chase and Stacie Townsend recently represented the seller in connection with the sale of the Architec Housewares business to Bradshaw Home. Gunster attorneys Stephanie Quinones, Matthew Scheer and Christopher Seifter also assisted with the transaction. Bradshaw Home was represented by the New York, New York office of Torys LLP.
Known for its innovative and eco-friendly kitchenware collections, Architec Housewares markets five brands: Architec, its flagship line of food prep products; Ecosmart, housewares made from eco-friendly materials; Homegrown Gourmet, offering resources for farm-to-table food; the Madeira line of giftable housewares; and Totally Sweet Products for baking and decorating. This transaction positions Bradshaw Home to continue to create cutting-edge categories of kitchenware and remain competitive in the marketplace.
The deal is yet another successful sell-side engagement for Gunster’s M&A team, following a recent transaction in which Lightview Capital made a significant investment in MotionPoint Corporation.
