WEST PALM BEACH, Fla. (February 10, 2020) - Gunster, one of Florida’s oldest and largest full-service business law firms, is pleased to announce shareholder Bob Lamm has been elected to the South Florida Board of Advisors of The Commonwealth Institute (TCI). He will be the first male member of the board.

Gunster attorney Bob LammTCI is a non-profit organization devoted to advancing businesswomen in leadership positions. “I am passionately committed to helping women achieve success in business,” says Lamm. “Joining the TCI board will expand the opportunities to do so in South Florida and will help businesses in our area to achieve the benefits of diversity and inclusion that I’ve witnessed throughout my career.”

Lamm serves as chair of Gunster’s securities and corporate governance law practice. He has devoted his career to governance in his prior positions with companies such as Pfizer, CA, Inc. and W.R. Grace & Co. Lamm frequently speaks and writes on securities law, corporate governance and related topics. He is an active, long-term member of the Society of Corporate Secretaries and Governance Professionals, and a member of Gunster’s Women Leadership Forum committee.
