As seen on WPTV, Gunster shareholder Brian Seymour was interviewed about the Jewish Federation of Palm Beach County. On Giving Tuesday, the Federation raised $4.5 million for families in need. Seymour was one of the 75 volunteers that took part in a phonathon to fundraise.
The Federation connects people with Jewish values and traditions along with providing a range of services to those in need, including housing, food, and educational assistance. Seymour states that one in five Jewish households in Palm Beach County are barely making ends meet and the Federation is here to help.
Seymour has been actively involved with the Federation for over 15 years, currently serving on the executive committee, board of directors and as the chair of the business and professions division. He co-chairs Gunster's real property law practice, where he represents clients throughout Florida who need experienced land use and property rights counsel. Since joining Gunster out of law school, Seymour has represented land owners and developers in matters of land use, zoning, comprehensive planning and environmental resource permitting, as well as eminent domain, land use and constitutional property rights litigation.
