iHeartRadio recently featured Gunster Shareholder Josh Goldglantz in a segment discussing wills and trusts.
Goldglantz underscores the importance of having a will, even for individuals who are not wealthy. "The main purpose of a will is to distribute assets upon someone passing, but it also serves other purposes," Goldglantz explains. Goldglantz goes on to highlight the difference between a will and a trust, noting that whereas a will is public record, a trust is a private document.
Joshua N. Goldglantz practices in Gunster’s Boca Raton office, and is a member of the firm’s Private Wealth Services group. As an attorney board certified in wills, trusts and estates, Joshua concentrates his practice in the areas of tax, estate planning and asset protection planning for high net worth individuals and families.
