Gunster Attorney Michael HargettMichael V. Hargett serves as general counsel for businesses and business owners, leveraging more than two decades of experience to meet his clients' business legal needs and objectives. He practices primarily in the areas of business litigation and dispute resolution, corporate transactional law, and real estate law. Michael is board certified in real estate law by The Florida Bar and is a member of the Executive Council of the Real Property, Probate and Trust Law (RPPTL) section of the Florida Bar. He has also served as chair of the Real Property Litigation Committee and is currently chair of the RPPTL ad hoc Communications Committee and co-chair of the RPPTL Ad Hoc Rules of Civil Procedure Committee.
