Recently, the Orange County Commission appointed Gunster shareholder Nathan Hill to the Orange County Arts & Cultural Affairs Advisory Council.  Nathan will serve as the council representative for United Arts of Central Florida, which contracts with Orange County to manage available funding.  

Orange County Arts & Cultural Affairs Advisory Council assists the Board of County Commissioners in allocating County funding for arts and cultural affairs. Established in 1989, the United Arts of Central Florida is a nonprofit organization that invests in arts, science and history. To date, United Arts has invested $162 million in Central Florida.

Nathan W. Hill is a former Assistant United States Attorney whose practice is focused on defending clients against government civil regulatory and criminal investigations. As a member of the professional liability defense group, he also represents lawyers, accountants, and other professionals against claims for malpractice, breach of contract, breach of fiduciary duty, aiding and abetting among other issues. Nathan practices in the areas of healthcare and data security, advising clients facing government investigations and data breaches.
