Founded in 1978, ACREL is the select national association of preeminent commercial real estate lawyers focused on service to clients, colleagues and the profession. Fellows are selected for their outstanding legal ability, experience and high standards of professional and ethical conduct in the practice of real estate.


Gunster attorney Richard Grant

Richard Grant joined Gunster in 2023, has practiced law in Florida since 1973 and in Southwest Florida since 1979. Board certified in Real Estate by The Florida Bar since 1987, Richard is experienced in handling project documentation for complex urban residential, commercial and mixed-use developments; complex multi-tier business entity organization and re-organizations; and the development, construction, and permanent real estate financing, corporate finance, and mezzanine finance.
