Rebecca Maturo practices in Gunster's Jacksonville office. She previously served as a law clerk for Judge Allen Windsor in the Northern District of Florida. During law school, Rebecca was one of Gunster's 2022 summer associates.
Rebecca earned her J.D. from Florida State University School of Law, a M.S. from the University of Cincinnati, and a B.A. in criminal justice from California State University.
Ashley Englund Stuart practices in Gunster's Jacksonville office. Previously, Ashley was a law clerk for the Honorable Harvey Schlesinger in the United State District Court for the Middle District of Florida. Ashley was both an associate and a summer associate at Gunster prior to clerking.
Ashley earned her J.D. from Florida State University College of Law and her B.A. from Flagler College.
Monique Zapata practices in Gunster's Fort Lauderdale office. Prior to joining Gunster, Monique was a law clerk for the United States District Court Judge Rodolfo A. Ruiz II, where she worked on a wide range of matters, including multi-district litigation, putative class actions and civil enforcement actions. Monique also worked at a multinational law firm in Miami prior to clerking.
Monique earned her J.D. from Duke University School of Law and her B.A. from Florida State University.
