Minnis brings a wealth of experience in U.S. immigration and nationality law, having practiced since 2016. She specializes in employment, business, investment and talent-based immigration matters. She has successfully represented multinational organizations, entrepreneurs, investors and professionals in navigating a diverse range of nonimmigrant and immigrant matters.
Minnis earned her J.D. from the University of Florida Levin College of Law and her bachelor's degree with a concentration in English Literature, Psychology and Iberian History from Florida State University.
