Gunster, one of Florida’s oldest and largest full-service business law firms, is pleased to announce the addition of three new associates: Mary E. Baker, Aisha Jehaludi, and Cristina Palazzese. These talented attorneys join Gunster’s Tampa and Miami offices, further strengthening the firm’s capabilities in Regulated Industries, Business Litigation, and Corporate law.
Mary E. Baker joins Gunster’s Tampa office as an associate in the Regulated Industries & Professions practice. Mary earned her J.D., cum laude, from Stetson University College of Law. She also holds an M.B.A. from Stetson University and dual bachelor’s degrees in Nursing and Public Policy & Administration. Prior to joining Gunster, Mary served as House Supervisor at St. Petersburg General Hospital and as a Charge Nurse in emergency departments.
Aisha Jehaludi joins the Miami office as an associate in the Business Litigation practice. Aisha earned her J.D. and LL.M. in International Arbitration, magna cum laude, from the University of Miami School of Law. While in law school, Aisha formerly served as a Judicial Intern for the Honorable Jose E. Martinez in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Florida.
Cristina Palazzese joins Gunster’s Miami office as an associate in the Corporate practice. Cristina earned her J.D. from Boston University School of Law and holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of Florida. During law school, Cristina worked at a boutique law firm in North Miami, providing legal research and trial preparation assistance.
