Gunster, one of Florida’s oldest and largest full-service business law firms, is pleased to announce the continued growth of its Private Wealth Services practice with the addition of Natasha Khoyi and Aurora Charland in its Tampa and West Palm Beach offices, respectively.
Natasha Khoyi focuses her practice on probate, trust, and guardianship litigation, as well as fiduciary risk management. She represents individual and corporate fiduciaries and beneficiaries involved in complex matters, including breach of fiduciary duty claims, tortious interference claims, removal litigation, accounting litigation, and will and trust modification and reformation. In addition to her broad litigation experience, Natasha has handled a wide variety of transactional matters for clients.
Natasha earned her J.D. from University of Miami School of Law and her M.A. and B.A. from University of Florida.
Aurora Charland joins Gunster after working for a boutique estate planning firm as a law clerk. She has also been an active member of the Real Property, Probate and Trust Law section of the Florida Bar since law school, which has allowed her to gain valuable practice-relevant skills and experience over the years.
Aurora received her LL.M. in Taxation and J.D. from the University of Florida Levin College of Law, and her B.S. from University of Central Florida.
Of note, Gunster's Private Wealth Services team continues to be the only Florida-focused firm ranked to Band 1 in the Chambers and Partners High Net Worth Guide 2023, and is proud to have the most representations amongst law firms in Florida in the American College of Trust and Estate Counsel (ACTEC).
