Brian Seymour, co-chair of Gunster's Real Property practice, was recently quoted in a South Florida Business Journal article discussing the new Olara condo/apartment project, which has been approved for development in West Palm Beach.
Of note, Olara is the first major project in the Currie Park District along the Intracoastal Waterway. "This will hopefully be a catalyst for the Currie Park area," Seymour explains.
