WEST PALM BEACH, Fla. (March 7, 2019) – Gunster, one of Florida’s oldest and largest full-service business law firms, today announced that Gregory K. Bader has been appointed to the board of directors of the Association for Corporate Growth (ACG) South Florida chapter.

ACG South Florida is a premier member-based association dedicated to helping middle-market M&A professionals build and maintain trusted networks. Members consist of professionals from the world of private equity, investment banking, corporate development as well as M&A advisory and transaction service providers.

“My M&A and capital raising law practice complements the goals of ACG, so I’m looking forward to hitting the ground running as a board member,” said Bader regarding his appointment.

Gunster attorney Greg BaderGreg Bader is the chair of Gunster’s banking & financial services practice where he focuses on mergers and acquisitions, regulatory compliance, securities offerings, and advising companies and their management as they make critical business decisions. He is active in the Association for Corporate Growth, the National Association of Corporate Directors, the Florida Bankers Association, and the South Florida Banking Institute. Bader currently serves as the vice president on the board of directors of the Broward County Chapter of the American Red Cross. He is a regular commentator in local and national industry publications.
