WEST PALM BEACH, Fla. (Apr. 12, 2019) – Gunster, one of Florida’s oldest and largest full-service business law firms, is pleased to announce that Jason Murray has been named to the 2019 “Legal Eagle” list by Franchise Times magazine.

This is the 9th consecutive year that Murray has received the award that recognizes the top attorneys in franchise law, as deemed by peers and the Franchise Times editorial board. Selection criteria includes knowledge, abilities, thoroughness and “going the extra mile for clients.” The 2019 list, includes 229 lawyers.

Murray practices in the area of franchise and distribution law and provides counsel and assistance with creating, managing, licensing, protecting and enforcing franchised business relationships, product distribution systems and dealership networks. His franchise and distribution law practice specifically relates to licensing and development, regulation and compliance, and dispute resolution through mediation, arbitration and litigation. Murray’s litigation experience consists of general commercial litigation in state and federal courts, including franchise and distribution law, intellectual property, and real property matters.

Murray received his J.D. from the University of Virginia Law School and his B.A. from Duke University.
