WEST PALM BEACH, Fla. (Apr. 16, 2019) – Gunster, one of Florida’s oldest and largest full-service business law firms, today announced that shareholder Joseph P. Chase was honored with the 2019 “Young Professional of the Year” award from the Chamber of Commerce of the Palm Beaches.

Gunster’s Joe Chase named ‘Young Professional of the Year’ by local chamber“Palm Beach County offers great opportunities for young professionals to engage substantively with community organizations and have a positive impact,” said Chase in his acceptance speech.

Joe Chase is a business and corporate law attorney who focuses on helping clients navigate private company mergers and acquisitions and other complex business transactions. Passionate about the Palm Beach County community, he has served in many roles. Among other things, he serves on the boards of directors for the West Palm Beach Downtown Development Authority, the Forum Club of the Palm Beaches,  and the YMCA of the Palm Beaches, and on the executive committee of the Historical Society of Palm Beach County. Chase is a past chair of the Chamber of Commerce of the Palm Beaches.

He received the award at the Chamber’s Business Awards breakfast on April 16. The annual event acknowledges the accomplishments of organizations and individuals in the Palm Beach County community.
