Gunster Shareholder Jon Philipson recently spoke with WPTV to discuss the FTC's ban on fake reviews. Philipson believes these rules will help create a cleaner marketplace for ideas by targeting reviews written by non-customers, those using fake names, employees reviewing their own business, and incentivized reviews. 

While there may arise challenges in enforcement, Philipson sees this as a positive step forward to creating an open marketplace for ideas.
