In addition to serving as the regional managing shareholder of Gunster, Jaber leads the firm’s government affairs law & lobbying practice. Her practice ranges from utility specific matters in energy, water and telecommunications to business strategy development for companies doing business across the state and beyond. A former chair of the Florida Public Service Commission, Jaber served two terms as both commissioner and chairman, overseeing the state’s implementation of economic regulatory policy and procedure for the energy, natural gas, water and telecommunications industries.
