On December, 2, 2024 Miguel Diaz de la Portilla and Elinette Ruiz-Diaz de la Portilla received approval from Miami-Dade County Government for Combo Group Holidings of a mixed-use development taking advantage of the increased height and density provided by Florida’s Live Local Act, that went into effect July 1, 2023.
The project entitled FONTAINEBLEAU APARTMENTS consists of 368 apartment units, 100 hotel units, and retail space. It is located unincorporated Miami-Dade County.
Miguel Diaz de la Portilla focuses his practice on local government law, particularly land use and zoning and government procurement.
