Gunster Attorneys Miguel Diaz de la Portilla and Elinette Ruiz-Diaz de la Portilla recently won unanimous approval from the Cutler Bay Town Council for the development of a four-building mixed-use project that will be called "Cutler Bay Transit Village." The Miami Herald published an article detailing the project.
Valued at $250 million, Cutler Bay Transit Village will consist of a 760-unit mixed-use development with senior housing, market rate housing and workforce housing. It is one of several projects that is aimed at revitalizing the South Dade suburb of Cutler Bay.
