BOCA RATON, Fla. (Feb. 4, 2016) – Gunster, one of Florida’s oldest and largest full-service business law firms, is growing their private wealth services practice by welcoming Seth R. Kaplan as shareholder and Joshua N. Goldglantz as an associate in the recently opened Boca Raton office.

Gunster attorney Seth KaplanKaplan has more than 20 years of legal experience, and concentrates his practice in the areas of planned giving, charitable trusts, personal income taxation and estate planning for high net worth individuals.  He has a range of clientele including fund managers, executives in public companies and high net worth private companies. Kaplan also focuses his practice on family-owned businesses as a trusted advisor, assisting with family succession and post-mortem planning.

He has planned and coordinated major gifts to national universities and charitable organizations, including Drexel University, the University of Miami, United Way of Miami-Dade County and the Greater Miami Jewish Federation. He received his LL.M. in Estate Planning and J.D. from the University of Miami School of Law and his B.A. from Northwestern University. He currently chairs the Professional Advisory Committee of the United Way of Miami-Dade

GoldglantzJoining Kaplan at the Boca Raton office is Goldglantz, an associate focusing on estate planning and wealth preservation for high net worth individuals and families, as well as estate administration. He has more than seven years of legal experience, and he received his LL.M in Taxation from University of Florida Levin College of Law and his J.D. from Nova Southeastern University Shepard Broad Law Center.  Goldglantz is actively involved in the community, and serves as a professional advisory committee member for the Jewish Federation of South Palm Beach County.
