Gunster, one of Florida’s oldest and largest full-service business law firms, is pleased to announce that its Private Wealth Services practice once again attained the highest rating in the latest Chambers and Partners High Net Worth Guide. In addition to the firmwide Band 1 ranking, five Gunster attorneys achieved individual rankings by Chambers and Partners: Elaine Bucher, William T. Hennessey, Louis Nostro, Lisa A. Schneider and Joshua Goldglantz (Up and Coming).
Chambers and Partners is a UK-based organization that identifies and ranks lawyers and law firms based on independent research conducted by 200 research analysts across 200 jurisdictions. Hundreds of thousands of responses are collected from clients, the majority via in-depth interviews. Of note, Gunster is just one of three top-rated firms in Florida ranked to Band 1 in the Private Wealth Law category in this year’s High Net Worth guide.
"Gunster is a clear leader in Florida with respect to estate planning and tax matters," one source says. Another notes that "No one in South Florida is comparable to them; in terms of their deep bench, they are stacked up well."
Gunster is the only Florida-based firm to attain a Band 1 ranking in this year’s High Net Worth guide. Furthermore, Gunster has the most representations among law firms in Florida in the American College of Trust and Estate Counsel (ACTEC), a national organization of lawyers who have demonstrated the highest level of professionalism in wills and trust, estate planning and tax law.
Established by Chambers and Partners in 2016, the High Net Worth guide is a publication specifically aimed at the private and international wealth industry.
