WEST PALM BEACH, Fla. (October 21, 2020) – Gunster, one of Florida’s oldest and largest full-service business law firms, is pleased to announce that shareholder Stephanie Quinones has been appointed to serve as co-chair of the Business Law Section of the Broward County Bar Association.

The Broward County Bar Association, a not-for-profit organization, was founded in 1925 to foster courtesy, ethics, and professionalism among Broward County lawyers, to educate the citizens of Broward County on their legal rights, and to provide necessary legal services to Broward County’s residents.

The Broward County Bar Association is comprised of over 3,700 members over diverse practice groups. The Business Law Section is a network of over 100 business law professionals interested in expanding their knowledge, engaging with their professional communities, and advancing their experience through the Section's various benefits.

Stephanie Quinones is a shareholder in the firm’s Corporate and Technology & Entrepreneurial Companies practices. She regularly counsels entrepreneurs and in-house counsel on business contracting, technology and intellectual property (IP) licensing, and Internet/social media and privacy issues. Quinones also provides strategic advice to businesses in all stages of the business cycle, including structuring and restructuring, raising capital, day-to-day operations, and purchase and sale transactions.
