Press Release

Gunster is pleased to announce that Government Affairs Consultant Harold L. "Trey" Price has been appointed to serve on the Florida Bar's Second Judicial Circuit’s Grievance Committee "A" as a non-attorney public member, for a two-year term.

Grievance committees are made up of volunteer members, at least one-third of whom are not lawyers. The grievance committee works to decide, after a case is submitted to them by bar counsel, whether there is probable cause to believe a lawyer violated the professional conduct rules imposed by the Supreme Court of Florida and whether discipline against the lawyer appears to be warranted.

Price is a well-connected consultant who leverages his statewide network to help clients solve complex issues associated with affordable housing, real estate, appropriations, government financing, and state and federal tax matters. Prior to joining Gunster, Trey served as Executive Director for the Florida Housing Finance Corporation (FHFC), where he worked closely with Republican leadership to launch the Hometown Heroes Housing Program, which set aside $100 million to help law enforcement officers, firefighters, educators, healthcare professionals and active military or veterans purchase a home in their community.
