WEST PALM BEACH, Fla. (September 26, 2019) – Gunster, one of Florida’s oldest and largest full-service business law firms, is pleased to announce that Jounice Nealy-Brown has been selected to participate in the Bar Leadership Institute Class of 2019-20, hosted by the Hillsborough County Bar Association (HCBA).
The HCBA Bar Leadership Institute aims to identify and develop young attorneys of diverse backgrounds who have the potential to grow into future leaders. The annual program, which runs from September through May, consists of a series of learning modules designed to develop professional and interpersonal skills necessary to succeed in a leadership role, along with a community service project that is chosen, managed and completed by the leadership class.
Jounice is a member of the Business Litigation practice and advises clients in litigation matters. Prior to her legal career, Jounice worked as a newspaper journalist, sales and marketing executive, and strategic corporate communications director at the Tampa Bay Times. Notably, she served as a federal judicial law clerk for The Honorable Anthony E. Porcelli and The Honorable Mary S. Scriven, both of the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Florida, Tampa Division.
