In a recently published Jacksonville Daily Record article, Gunster attorney Kellie Humphries advises contractors on how to gain an edge against competitors in the construction industry.
"In 2024, the Northeast Florida contractor’s customer is frustrated; the dollar is not going as far as it has in recent history and certainly not as far as the customers would like it to go," Humphries explains. In response, she addresses many aspects of the construction industry, including employee retention, sustainable products and market insights in Northeast Florida, that can position contractors as leaders in the market.
