JACKSONVILLE, Fla. (January 30, 2019) – Gunster, one of Florida’s oldest and largest full-service business law firms, is pleased to announce that Spencer Cummings has been selected as a 2019 Ultimate Attorney by the Jacksonville Business Journal.

Cummings is an attorney in Gunster’s Real Estate law practice and is committed to combining his knowledge of the law with a business-like approach to real estate. His practice focuses on commercial real estate development, sales, purchases, leasing, and financing. Cummings has substantial experience in the development of large master planned communities and in commercial leasing throughout Florida. As head of Gunster’s Leasing practice, he advises both landlords and tenants on lease transactions including office, industrial and retail leases.

In its fifth year, the Jacksonville Business Journal Ultimate Attorney Award recognizes local attorneys, “with exemplary professional talents and skills who demonstrate leadership, charitable concern, and civic engagement.”

Gunster attorneys Mike Freed and David Wells have previously been selected as an Ultimate Attorney by the Jacksonville Business Journal in 2018 and 2016 respectively.
