Shareholder Roger Feicht has earned board certification in Business Litigation. In addition, Shareholder Kellie Humphries and Attorney Aaron Reichelson have earned board certification in Construction Law. This is the highest level of distinction by the Florida Bar of the competency and experience of attorneys.
Established in 1982 by the Florida Supreme Court, board certification recognizes attorneys’ special knowledge, skills and proficiency in various areas of law and professionalism, and ethics in practice.
Kellie Humphries is a board certified, full-service commercial construction attorney in the firm’s Jacksonville office. She advises clients participating in a multitude of project delivery methods and across industry sectors including corporate owners, design-builders, EPC contractors, joint ventures and general contractors. Her typical cases range from contract drafting/negotiation to project consulting and pre-suit dispute resolution through trial/final hearing.
Roger Feicht is a board certified litigator who focuses his practice defending and prosecuting employment related lawsuits. Roger represents employers and employees in litigation relating to allegations of discrimination and harassment, and disputes over non-competition or non-solicitation agreements. Roger regularly assists businesses with hiring and firing of employees, and drafting and enforcing employment agreements and policies.
Construction law counselor and board certified advocate, Aaron Reichelson, prosecutes and defends construction-related claims in state and federal courts across Florida and beyond. He also advises on construction-related contractual arrangements and risk mitigation strategies. Aaron’s clients include property owners, contractors, subcontractors, design professionals and other parties involved in personal and commercial construction endeavors of many kinds.
