Gunster, one of Florida’s oldest and largest full-service business law firms, is pleased to announce it has promoted David Garcia-Pedrosa, Kaitlin Guerin, Josh Joyce, Josh Levine, Ryan Morris, Derek Mountford, Jounice Nealy-Brown and Christine Sweet to the position of shareholder; Meredith Plummer, Cullen Boggus and Matt Goddeyne to of counsel; and Romney Manassa to associate.

David is based in the Miami office in the Business Litigation practice. His practice focuses on business, commercial, real estate and construction litigation.
He earned his J.D. from Georgetown University Law Center and his B.A. from Haverford College.
Kaitlin resides in the West Palm Beach office in the Real Property practice. She represents landowners and developers in matters of land use and zoning, property rights litigation, and eminent domain.
She earned her J.D. and B.S. from Florida State University.
Josh is also based in the West Palm Beach office and is an attorney within the Business Litigation/eDiscovery practice. He brings over a decade of experience in large-scale commercial litigation and arbitration.
He earned his J.D. from Tulane University and B.B.A. from University of Notre Dame.
Josh resides in the Miami office in the Business Litigation practice. He primarily concentrates on complex commercial litigation and business disputes.
He earned his J.D. from University of Miami School of Law, his M.A. from Touro University International and completed his undergraduate work at the Rabbinical Seminary of America.
Ryan is based in the Jacksonville office in the Corporate Law practice. He supports corporate clients and healthcare companies in all stages of business.
He earned his J.D. from Emory University School of Law and B.S. from University of West Georgia.
Derek is also based in the Jacksonville office and is an attorney within the Business Litigation practice. He handles alleged antitrust violations, corporate governance disputes, breaches of contract and other major commercial matters.
He earned his J.D. from University of Florida Levin College of Law and B.A. from Harding University.
Jounice resides in the Tampa office in the Labor & Employment practice. She advises clients in litigation matters, including employment discrimination and probate issues.
She earned her J.D. from Stetson University College of Law, M.B.A. from University of Miami, and B.A. from Howard University.
Christine is based in the Jacksonville office in the Private Wealth Services practice. She focuses her practice on complex trust and estate litigation and professional fiduciary risk management.

Matt is also based in the Tampa Bayshore office and is an attorney within the Business Litigation practice. He defends clients in matters including shareholder disputes, regulatory enforcement actions, healthcare-related matters and white collar investigations.
