Gunster, one of Florida’s oldest and largest full-service business law firms, is pleased to share April Bentley, Kelsey Bleiweiss, Cullen Boggus, Kaitlyn Cawley, Emily Chase, Alicia Gangi, Matt Goddeyne, Enrique Lopez, Lauren Marcil, Angie Marston, George Metcalfe and Laura Riff have been promoted to shareholder status, and Tanya Naydenov has been promoted to of counsel attorney.

Gunster Attorney April BentleyApril Bentley

April is based in the Tallahassee office in the Immigration practice. She has nearly 20 years of experience working with businesses and corporate immigration clients.

She earned her J.D. from Thomas M. Cooley Law School and B.S. from Florida State University.



Kelsey BleiweissGunster Attorney Kelsey Bleiweiss

Kelsey is a member of the firm’s Business Litigation/eDiscovery practice. She is an experienced litigator and her work includes developing plans for collection, managing large-scale reviews and productions and advising on complex privilege issues.

She earned her J.D. from Harvard Law School and her B.A. from Northwestern University.

Cullen resides in the Tampa office and in the Private Wealth Services practice. He advises clients in all aspects of charitable, tax, business succession and estate planning.

He earned his LL.M. and J.D. from University of Florida Levin College of Law, and B.A. from University of Florida.



Kaitlyn CawleyGunster Attorney Kaitlyn Cawley

Kaitlyn is based in the Jacksonville office in the Real Estate practice. She represents clients in a variety of complex commercial real estate transactions, including the acquisition, disposition, development, and secured financing of multifamily properties, mixed-used developments and master planned communities.

She earned her J.D. from Florida State University College of Law and B.S. from Abraham Baldwin Agricultural College.

Emily resides in the West Palm Beach office in the Business Litigation practice. She represents clients in a wide variety of matters involving contracts, business torts, probate and trust disputes, and claims regarding fiduciary relationships.

She earned her J.D. from Florida State University and B.A. from Hamilton College.


Alicia GangiGunster Attorney Alicia Gangi

Alicia is based in the Tampa office and is also an attorney within the Business Litigation practice. She represents clients in all areas of business litigation with a focus on partnership disputes, breaches of contract and trade secret issues.

She earned her J.D. from Stetson University College of Law and B.A. from University of South Florida.

Matt is also based in the Tampa office and is in the Business Litigation practice. He defends clients in a wide variety of matters including shareholder disputes, regulatory enforcement actions, healthcare-related matters and white collar investigations.

Enrique LopezGunster Attorney Enrique Lopez

Enrique resides in the Miami office and is a member of the firm’s Business Litigation/eDiscovery practice. He concentrates on the law related to privilege, confidentiality, and associated sanctions, and ESI agreements and protocols.

He earned his J.D. from University of Miami School of Law and B.A. from Brown University.

Angie is a member of the firm’s Business Litigation/eDiscovery practice. She has extensive experience overseeing eDiscovery and litigation-management workflow, including planning and implementing large-scale collections, reviews, productions and privilege logs.

She earned her J.D. from Brigham Young University J. Reuben Clark Law School and B.S. from Utah State University.

George resides in the Miami office in the Private Wealth Services practice. His practice focuses on domestic and foreign estate planning with an emphasis on tax reduction strategies, family offices, administrations of trusts, estates and guardianships, and fiduciary litigation.

Laura Riff

Laura is a member of the firm’s Business Litigation/eDiscovery practice. She has significant experience with large-scale litigation and has represented clients in a broad range of complex disputes and regulatory matters.

Tanya earned her LL.M. in Taxation from University of Florida Levin College of Law, J.D. from Vanderbilt University Law School and B.A. from University of Florida.
