In accordance with the Families First Coronavirus Response Act, we want to provide our valued clients, a copy of the new required poster issued by the United States Department of Labor. This should be posted with your other federal posters. For Teleworkers, an employer may satisfy this requirement by emailing or direct mailing this notice to employees or posting this notice on an employee information internal or external website.
This new law takes effect on April 1, 2020, and presently extends until December 31, 2020.
