BDB Bus Tour GroupOn August 14, Gunster attorney and Real Property Co-Chair Brian Seymour attended the Business Development Board of Palm Beach County’s Business Appreciation Bus Tour in North Palm Beach County, visiting three hidden gems that play a vital role in driving economic growth. The tour provided valuable insights into each operation, as 25 business leaders gained a behind-the-scenes, exclusive view of three facilities.

North Palm Beach County Companies:

  • Niagara Water: This massive 240,000 sq. ft. facility uses cutting-edge tech to produce 8 million products every day.
  • K-Rain: A family-run business now in its third generation, with a team of young engineers driving innovative, future-focused plans.
  • Scientific Instruments: 1 of only 2 companies in the U.S. crafting cryogenic temperature sensors for labs, industry, and medical use.
