In 2015 Gunster represented both buyers and sellers in completing 15 mergers and acquisitions (M&A) transactions in a wide variety of industries (see the tombstones of the publicly announced deals below). Gunster is looking forward to continued success in M&A transactions in 2016 and already has several transactions in the pipeline.
