Pohl & Short, a five-attorney business boutique law firm that focuses on commercial litigation, real estate law, corporate law, probate, tax and estate planning, has joined Gunster in its central Florida locations.
Gunster acquired the firm in July, and is pleased to introduce the attorneys joining the Gunster family:
- Frank Pohl has 35+ years' experience practicing law. He concentrates on complex real estate, tax and corporate transactions.
- Houston Short focuses on commercial litigation and has handled federal, state and administrative matters at trial and on appeal, representing companies and individuals.
- Richard Heinle advises business clients on all aspects of corporate law including employment agreements, stock option plans, real estate leases and more.
- Robert MacDonald practices in the areas of taxation, private wealth management, real estate and corporate law.
