He joins a network of specialists in this field of law, who have been evaluated for professionalism and tested for expertise. Requirements for board certification include substantial involvement in the field of wills, trusts and estates law, peer review, and a written exam. The 
Florida Bar's certification program is consistently recognized as a national leader among other state programs.
Joshua concentrates his practice in the areas of tax, estate planning and asset protection planning for high net worth individuals and families. He advises clients with respect to planning and implementation of sophisticated estate planning structures in order to transfer wealth to future generations in a tax-efficient manner.
His law practice includes domestic planning, charitable tax planning, business succession planning and wealth preservation. He also has experience advising fiduciaries in all aspects of estate and trust administration, including post-mortem tax planning.
