Gunster's government affairs law & lobbying practice

The second Florida’s Women in Energy Leadership Forum will be held June 14-16, 2017, in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida.

Gunster and title sponsor, Gulf Power, are excited to continue the opportunity to highlight women leaders in the industry and further discuss the overall impact and opportunities this industry offers in Florida.

Florida's Women in Energy Leadership Forum 2017This year’s forum will offer an informative program with industry CEOs and energy leaders that highlights the positive impact of the electric and natural gas industries as drivers of economic development. Florida’s energy industry is at the top of its game in economic development and job creation with a necessary seat at the table in recruiting new companies into the state and providing a reliable secure energy delivery system. With some of the lowest electric and natural gas rates in the country, these companies contribute to moving the dial in Florida’s economic prosperity.

Leadership exists in all aspects of what these companies do. We invite you to join us to hear from industry leaders as they discuss both challenges and opportunities in operations, technology, and workforce recruitment. Learn about the growing interdependence between water and energy and hear from our political stakeholders as they explain the key role they have in addressing these issues. We hope that you will be part of the purposeful education about these industries as we, collectively, encourage the next generation of workforce talent to forge careers in these areas.

For registration, hotel booking and additional information on the forum, and a list of all sponsors, please visit www.flwomeninenergy.com

This program is approved for 17 CLE credits (including general, bias elimination, and technology).
