Mike McCauley, senior officer - investor programs & governance, Florida's State Board of Administration, will lead a panel of institutional investors who will provide insights into the issues that investors are thinking about and that companies will be dealing with in the 2017 proxy season.

When cybersecurity meets governance

Mary Galligan, managing director, cyber risk services, Deloitte, and former special agent in charge of cyber and special operations for the FBI's New York office, will provide practical approaches for dealing with the ever-present threat of cybersecurity breaches and their kin, including how to prepare your boards and management to address issues before they happen.
