Bob Lamm will interview Elizabeth (Betsy) Murphy, associate director of the Division of Corporation Finance at the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission.
- Murphy oversees the work of three offices within the SEC's corporate finance division:
Office of Rulemaking; - Office of Small Business Policy, which coordinates the division’s activities involving smaller public companies and limited, private and intrastate securities offerings; and
- Office of Enforcement Liaison, which coordinates with the Division of Enforcement on investigative matters, including those involving corporations delinquent in filing quarterly, annual and other reports.

The Society of Corporate Secretaries and Governance Professionals Inc. is a nonprofit comprised of corporate secretaries and business executives in governance, ethics and compliance functions at public, private and not-for-profit organizations.
Members are responsible for supporting their board of directors and executive management in matters such as board practices, compliance, regulation and legal matters, shareholder relations and subsidiary management.
