Overview

Allie practices complex commercial litigation and has significant experience with high-value, large-scale litigations. She focuses on counseling clients on discovery strategy.  Before joining Gunster, Allie was a litigation partner at a global law firm, where she represented clients in state and federal courts across the country in a broad range of matters, including breach of contract, antitrust, breach of fiduciary duty, and M&A litigation.

Allie received her J.D., cum laude, from the New York University School of Law and her B.A., magna cum laude, from the University of Pennsylvania.

Experience

  • Argued motion to dismiss in federal court on behalf of health information management company, which was granted on all counts and affirmed by the Court of Appeals
  • Represented manufacturers of generic pharmaceuticals in billion dollar “reverse payment” antitrust cases
  • Represented real estate brokerage in lawsuit brought by an individual claiming to be a founder and seeking tens of millions of dollars in founders’ equity
  • Represented fintech service provider and defeated an emergency injunction, TRO, and appeal brought by a customer seeking to enforce an IT-services contract
  • Represented healthcare company in appraisal action in the Delaware Court of Chancery
