Ashley originally joined Gunster in 2020 and returned in 2024 after clerking for a federal judge in the Middle District of Florida, who sat by designation of the Eleventh Circuit of Appeals. This experience provided her with invaluable insights into the judicial decision-making process and enhanced her understanding of federal court practice, which she now leverages to benefit her clients. She graduated magna cum laude from Florida State University College of Law where she served on both FSU’s Law Review and its Moot Court Team.
