Ashley Englund Stuart is a Business Litigation associate in Gunster’s Jacksonville office. She has experience in handling complex litigation matters and is dedicated to providing strategic, result-driven legal counsel to her clients. Ashley represents a variety of clients including in sectors such as the transportation and healthcare industries.
Ashley employs a meticulous approach to navigating the legal challenges and complexities of business disputes. Her practice is driven by a passion for achieving favorable outcomes and protecting her clients’ interests in and out of the courtroom.
Ashley originally joined Gunster in 2020 and returned in 2024 after clerking for a federal judge in the Middle District of Florida, who sat by designation of the Eleventh Circuit of Appeals. This experience provided her with invaluable insights into the judicial decision-making process and enhanced her understanding of federal court practice, which she now leverages to benefit her clients. She graduated magna cum laude from Florida State University College of Law where she served on both FSU’s Law Review and its Moot Court Team.
