Caitlyn Parsley

Overview

Caitlyn Steele is an associate in the firm’s Real Estate Law practice. Caitlyn focuses her practice on commercial and residential real estate matters, including sale and purchase transactions, title insurance, financing and leasing matters. Prior to joining Gunster, Caitlyn worked for a prominent regional law firm as an associate in its real estate group, where she handled commercial real estate transactions, leasing matters and loan transactions.

Caitlyn earned her J.D. from the University of Florida Levin College of Law in 2017, where she graduated cum laude and served as the Executive Research Editor of the Florida Law Review. While in law school, Caitlyn clerked for Judge Daniel H. Sleet at Florida’s Second District Court of Appeal. She also served as a Teaching Assistant for Legal Writing and Appellate Advocacy and earned Book Awards in Legal Writing, Legal Research, Legal Drafting and Advanced Legal Research. Caitlyn earned her B.A. degree in English from Clearwater Christian College.

Caitlyn lives in St. Petersburg, Florida and enjoys spending time with her husband, family and friends. She is very involved with Feather Sound Church and enjoys playing classical piano and traveling.
