Overview
Cristina Neuman-Moreno is an attorney who has been practicing immigration and nationality law since 2014. Cristina has extensive experience in employment-based immigration representing businesses, investors and professional individuals with their immigrant and non-immigrant petitions and applications. Cristina has assisted businesses in a variety of immigration processes, including L-1A Intracompany Transferees, Permanent Labor Certification, H-1B Specialty Occupations, E-2 Investment Petitions, TN Professional Workers and Extraordinary Ability, among others.
Cristina is passionate about assisting corporate clients achieve their immigration needs. Cristina works diligently to understand the client’s needs and to implement the best and most feasible legal strategy. Cristina also assists employers to stay compliant with immigration laws and regulations.
While in law school, Cristina served as the managing editor of the FIU Law Review and as teaching assistant of the Legal Skills and Values program. Cristina was also a certified legal intern for the FIU Investor Advocacy Clinic. In addition, Cristina had the opportunity of interning for different judges at various state and federal courts and serving as law clerk at the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Southern District of Florida.
In addition to English, Cristina is fluent in Spanish.
