Keith Wickenden

Overview

Keith Wickenden’s practice is focused on civil litigation, including the resolution of probate and trust disputes, commercial and business claims, and construction litigation. In his fourth decade of practice, Keith is Martindale-Hubbell AV Rated and listed among The Best Lawyers in America. He has litigated and resolved cases with millions of dollars at stake.

Keith represents individuals, financial institutions, contractors, professionals and corporations in a variety of litigation matters before federal and state courts at the trial and appellate levels. Keith also has jury trial experience in a wide range of cases, both as plaintiffs’ and defendants’ counsel.

Keith remains dedicated to identifying the underlying drivers of the dispute at hand as quickly and efficiently as possible. His many years of hard-earned advocacy acumen, both in and out of the courtroom, support him in addressing the issues that matter most to judges and juries alike. A strong communicator who believes in clear answers and explanations and regular client outreach and responsiveness, Keith stands ready to explain the litigation process at all phases of development. He focuses on articulating the potential risks and benefits of litigation as it applies to his client’s specific case.

Prior to attending law school, Keith served in the United States Air Force as an intelligence officer. During law school and for several years during his practice, he served in the United States Air Force Reserve. Serving in the military allowed Keith to develop tremendous discipline and patience when interacting and dealing with a wide range of individuals from all walks of life. He brings these skills to his dispute resolution practice today, particularly when addressing witnesses in depositions.
